Warm Gathering Villas

Country house styling for Cork and West Cork

Process

A clear path from first conversation to rooms that feel settled — without mystery fees or endless paper.

First letter and site walk

You write or call with the bones of the project: address, rooms that matter, and when you hope to live in the finished spaces. We arrange a site walk — ninety minutes of looking, listening, and measuring what the house already does well. You receive written notes within a week: priorities, risks, and a suggested scope with a fee range in euro.

Scheme and material board

Once commissioned, we draft layouts, finish directions, and a sourcing list. Samples come to the studio or to your kitchen table. We adjust for budget and for the trades you already trust in Cork or West Cork.

Procurement and trade liaison

We can order soft furnishings and selected furniture on your behalf, or hand you a list to buy yourself. Cabinetry and building works stay with your contractors; we join site days to keep proportions and junctions true to the scheme.

Install and settle

Placement days are calm and practical: rugs down, lamps tested at dusk, curtains hung level. We leave a short care note for oils, washes, and seasonal swaps — useful when August guests depart and November fires return.

Aftercare

For three months after handover we answer questions by email or phone at no extra charge. A paid return visit is available if you add a room or want seasonal restyling before Christmas or the summer lets.
