Commissions

A binding project begins when both parties accept a written scope and fee. Site visits, schemes, and install support are provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not a building contractor; structural, electrical, and plumbing works remain the responsibility of licensed trades you engage.

Intellectual property

Schemes, material boards, and copy prepared by Warm Gathering Villas remain our intellectual property until fees for that stage are paid in full, after which you may use them for the named property. You may not republish our site copy or pass schemes to another address without our written consent.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. For commissioned work, liability is limited to the fees paid for the stage in dispute, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
