We use enquiry details to reply, prepare site visits, and deliver styling services you request. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it except where needed to fulfil a commission you have agreed (for example, a delivery address for a supplier you have approved).

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to twenty-four months if no project follows, or for the life of the project plus seven years where Irish bookkeeping or warranty needs require it. You may ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed for a live commission.
